Fernando Sucre on Prison Break is played by Amary Nolasco.  I happened to have found a video on youtube of Amaury and Wentworth Miller and it is absolutely hysterical.  He is a great guy.  The two of them are talking about Prison Break and part of the time, these grown men are giggling until it is hard to understand what they are saying.  Check out this video:
